Xobega Island Camp is a rustic camp in the Okavango Delta, ideally located to be easily accessible for self-drivers or fly-in guests. Affordable accommodation is provided in ten meru-style en-suite tents with twin beds and open-bathrooms.
The camp has a basic but beautiful setup and is designed for the enthusiastic camper who enjoys a wild African experience.
Activities of Xobega Island Camp include morning and afternoon boat cruises around the Okavango Delta islands with the opportunity to spot hippos, elephants, lions and all the other wild animals of the Okavango Delta. Mokoro safari can be done on transfers in and out of the Mboma boat station. Photographic opportunities in this bird lover’s paradise are of course plentiful.
