Our first day started with a bang as we drove 8 hours from Windhoek to Luderitz Why Luderitz? Luderitz is the closest town to the famous abandoned town of Kolmanskop which is somewhere I’ve had on my bucket list for years! We took the afternoon to settle into our accommodations.

Kolmanskop was eerie, beautiful, and mysterious bone chilling all at the same time. If all the walls could speak I’m sure they’d have so many stories to share. The town used to be vibrant! Miners flocked to Kolmanskop to mine diamonds, lots of diamonds! By 1956 the whole town was abandoned. When visiting you have 2 options, either you go just for pictures and show yourself around or you take a tour with a guide for about an hour and listen to the history of the town then you can go out on your own to take pictures. We decided to do the tour and it was worth it! There were so many cool stories we would’ve missed out on.

The guest will depart to Sossusvlei and stay 2 nights you’ll go see the iconic red dunes of Sossusvlei. In the afternoon you will reach your lodge, where you will have to enjoy your dinner.

Guest will wake up and have breakfast before going into the park for Sossusvlei Excursion which includes Dune 45, Deadvlei, Hiddenvlei, and Big Daddy. The tour guide will have regular stops to let clients take pictures and have some exposure to the Dunes.

This morning we leave and make our way to the cooler coastal town of Swakopmund by the Atlantic Ocean. This town resembles a small German town with its architectural buildings, palm-lined streets, seaside promenades, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and museums.

Overnight: Skeleton Beach Backpackers

Clients have an early breakfast and continue with their activities. Enjoy the cool breeze of the coastal town.

Activities included: Quad biking, sandboarding
Optional excluded activities: Sky diving & Desert living museum tour, Camel Riding, Boat cruise, air balloon safari, World’s Oldest Desert, Sandwich Harbour, Pelican Point Kayaking.
Overnight: Skeleton Beach Backpackers
Basis: Full Board – Dinner, Bed, Breakfast and Lunch

You will depart to Etosha National Park and stay 2 nights. The park’s main characteristic is a salt pan so large it can be seen from space. Yet there is abundant wildlife that congregates around the waterholes, giving you almost guaranteed game sightings. At the same time, Etosha National Park is one of the most accessible game reserves in Namibia and Southern Africa, the concentration of big games around the waterholes makes game viewing incredibly rewarding. You might not even have to leave your rest camp to see lions, elephants, rhinos and any number of antelope and zebra quenching their thirst

Overnight: Eldorado Lodge

Clients have breakfast, today will be a full day of safari game viewing allowing plenty of opportunities for good sightings and spectacular photographs. After breakfast at the lodge, we go out on our morning game drive.
