Itinerary

Day 1: Namib Desert Lodge Gondwana Collection Namibia, Sossusvlei (306km)

Guest will depart around 09:00-09:30 to Sossusvlei area. Along the way clients will

stop at Rehoboth where the guide will buy snacks for 45 minutes and this is an

opportunity for guest to get some snacks as well and drinks for the road.

Guest can lunch at 12h00-13h00 along the road by a rest place or else if they can

wait have lunch at Solitaire and have a taste of the magnificent apple pie. After

arrival guest will have leisure time before going on a Sundowner drive to Elim dune

around 17h30 or 18h00.

Overnight & Namib Desert Lodge

 

Day 2: Namib Desert Lodge Gondwana Collection Namibia, Sossusvlei

Guest will wake up and have breakfast before going into the park for Sossuvlei

Excursion which includes Dune 45, Deadvlei, Hiddenvlei, and Big Daddy. The tour

guide will have regular stops to let clients take pictures and have some exposure of

the Dunes. Guest will be back around lunch time and will have some leisure time for

themselves at the pool.

Day 3: Atlantic Villa, Swakopmund 402.6km

Guest depart to Swakopmund early morning at around 09:00 am from Sossusvlei. It’s

about 4.5 hours’ drive to Swakopmund and along the way past Tropic of Capricorn.

Once clients have arrived in Walvis Bay they will buy lunch,visit the Flamingo Lagoon

and depart to Swakopmund, When Clients arrive in Swakopmund they will check in

and be taken by the guide for their activity (Quad biking and Sandboard) which is

about 2-hours activity. After the activity clients will go freshen up for dinner at a

Restaurant

Day 4: Spitzkoppe Campsites, Spitzkoppe

After breakfast client will depart to Spitzkoppe but along the way make a turn at

Henties bay to see the deserted Shipwrek and then go onto Cape Cross to visit one

of the largest seal colonies in the world of about 200 000 seals. Then we head on to

Spitzkoppe. Although Spitzkoppe, at 1,800 meters above sea level, is not the

highest mountain in Namibia, it is because of its astounding silhouette that it is the

country’s most famous mountain.

Day 5: Brandberg White Lady Lodge, Brandberg (224.6km)

Guest will have breakfast and visit the brandberg mountains for rock paintings and

take off to Damaraland which is a nature reserve idyllically located along a palm

lined tributary of the Uniab River, halfway between Swakopmund and Etosha,

providing an ideal base from which to see the sights of the Kunene region or embark

on one of the many local hiking trails. Water is scarce in this area, so the river’s

presence often lures elephants closer to the camps.

Day 6: Etosha Safari Camp Gondwana Collection Namibia, Etosha South (248.85km)

Clients will depart in the morning after breakfast to Etosha after lunch the first stop

would be Okaukuejo I suggest you pop in at the local shop to purchase some drinks

and snacks and most importantly, a map of Etosha which will show you all the

waterholes along the way. Etosha has lions, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, springbok and

elephants. This on top of many lesser and common plains herds, and abundant

birds makes game viewing in Etosha.

  • Visit the Etosha Pan and watching how the large herds of game gather at the

waterholes to quench their thirst

 

Day 7: Etosha Safari Camp Gondwana Collection Namibia, Etosha South

Clients will take early breakfast and then go on the Full day game drive and around

12h00 -13h00 clients will have lunch inside the park and continue with the game

drive up till the afternoon and after the game drive guest will have leisure time to

enjoy the atmosphere before dinner.

Day 8: Roy's Rest Camp, Grootfontein

Clients will grab early breakfast and depart to Grootfontein (meaning ‘Big Fountain’)

is famous for being home to the largest meteorite ever discovered on earth (located

roughly 25 kilometres from the town centre). Along the way clients will make a stop

at Tsumeb for some shopping and visit the Bushmen village

Day 9: Nunda River Lodge, Divundu (456.6 km)

Early Breakfast and then depart to The Okavango River .A visit to the Mahango

Game Reserve Park, where, apart from animals, we will see huge baobabs.Today’s

episode is not too long and we should be there in the early afternoon. The whole

road leads through Caprivi and the area of the Bwabata National Park. The route is

decorated with road signs “beware of elephants”. This is the route of the largest

population of elephants migrating from Chobe to Zambezi.

Day 10: Nunda River Lodge, Divundu

You will have breakfast early morning and get ready for a full day game drive,

continue touring the fascinating attraction.

nearby traditional village

Day 11: Chobe River Lodge, Kasane

Clients after breakfast will be crossing the border with Botswana and reach Kasane –

the largest town in this region with a slight architectural chaos characteristic of

Botswana. The area has the largest concentration of elephants in the world.

Elephant migrations take place very close to the city limits. On the access road, be

very careful because huge herds like to run across the main road. In Kasane, we will

go on a boat trip on the Chobe River. During the cruise we will observe many wild

animals.

Day 12: Shearwater Explorers Village, Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) (97 km)

Clients will depart from chobe to Victoria Falls which is in the largest water fall in the

world resting on the southern banks of the Zambezi River at the western end of the

eponymous falls, this popular tourist town is compact enough to walk around and

makes an ideal base for travellers exploring the seventh wonder of the world.

Day 13: Shearwater Explorers Village, Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Clients will have early breakfast and have a visit to Victoria Falls where they will

have the guided tour for 3 hours and walk about 3.8km with our guide getting all the

historical information of Victoria Falls and all its formations.

Day 14: End of Itinerary (88.2km)

End of Itinerary Clients will have breakfast and depart to Airport where they will

leave the vehicle for our recovery team to pick up or have morning activity on their

own cost if the flight time is in the afternoon

Safari World Tours Terms and Conditions

  1. A 30 % non-refundable deposit of the full amount due is required to confirm any

reservation and is to be done by the agent or client by fax or e-mail.

  1. The Company must receive the balance of the contract price no later than 60

Days prior to departure.

  1. If the Company does not receive the full contract price 45 days before the

departure date, the Company may cancel the reservation and retain whatever

deposit or other funds it has already received from the client or his agent.

  1. The payment can be done via Bank Transfer or Paypal into Enrico’s Tours and

Safaris

  1. Differences due to currency fluctuations will not be accepted.
  2. Namibian Dollar is not an international trading currency and will encounter larger

handling fees due to conversions

  1. Any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be done in writing (email) to the

Company.

  1. If the booking is cancelled, the following fees apply relative to the amount of

notice given:

60 Days before tour 80% refundable of amount paid

45 days before: 50% of invoiced amount refunded

15 or less days: No refund

  1. If a booking is changed to an earlier date than originally reserved, the Company

will endeavour to change it. But if changed to a further date there will be a charge of

5% on invoice value.
