Day 1Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Nairobi 215.6km

Guest will be picked up at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and depart to Nairobi which is situated along the Nairobi River in beautiful Kenya, the capital of Nairobi is East Africa’s most cosmopolitan city.

Overnight: Nairobi Serena Hotel

The Nairobi Serena Hotel is nestled among lush gardens at the edge of Nairobi’s Central Park. The elegant guest rooms include satellite TV, minibars, coffee and tea making stations, free daily newspapers, and free Wi-Fi.

With three on-site restaurants, a coffee bar and a pool bar serving drinks, guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining. Day 2 Nairobi to Amboseli National Park 215.6 km

Accommodation: Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge

This morning guest will have breakfast and travel to the Amboseli National reserve at the foot of snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Guest will arrive around lunch hour at their accommodation.

Guest will have leisure time and go on an afternoon game drive before dinner. Amboseli National Park is in southern Kenya. It’s known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania.

Observation Hill offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. The western section is dominated by vast Lake Amboseli, which is dry outside the rainy season.

Day 3Amboseli National Park area

Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge is located near Mount Kilimanjaro in the heart of Kenya’s Amboseli National Park. The lodge offers 92 rooms which feature complimentary Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and a private balcony.

Day 4Amboseli National Park to Lake Manyara (291.9 km)

The guest will have breakfast and travel to the Lake Manyara National Park. And will arrive around lunch at the lodge. After lunch guests will head into the Lake Manyara National Park.

This impressive park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment.

The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake.

Overnight: Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge

Standing high on the bluff of a dramatic ochre and terracotta streaked cliff above the flamingo-frosted expanse of Lake Manyara’s gleaming alkaline waters, the Lodge commands panoramic views across the volcano-studded floor of the Great Rift Valley.

Designed to reflect the brilliance of Lake Manyara’s unique birdlife, the Lodge draws on an inspirational architectural motif that melds swooping avian curves with the gentle concentric patterns of traditional Maasai ‘Bomas’ (encampments) whilst the vibrantly colored frescoes lining the walls are designed to depict the colorful intricacy of bird migratory patterns.

Manyara is also especially noted for its wealth of birdlife, being visited by many thousands of sugar-pink Lesser Flamingos, significant numbers of Greater Flamingos, and a host of other woodland, plains, and water birds.

Day 5 Lake Manyara to Seronera (132.0 km)

Accommodation: Serengeti Heritage Luxury Tented Camp

Guest will have breakfast and drive to the Seronera region, in the central Serengeti, is set directly on the Great Migration route, and offers excellent viewing of this incredible annual phenomenon, when countless wildebeest flood across the plains. Arriving at Serengeti and guests will go on a game drive to the camp.

 

Day 6Seronera

Guest will have breakfast and then go on a full-day game drive to explore the Serengeti Plain. The Serengeti National Park is very famous for its big five animals which are found in the area.

The Serengeti National Park in Tanzania was established in 1952. It is home to the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth – the great migration of wildebeest and zebra.

The resident population of lions, cheetah, elephants, giraffes, and birds is also amazing to have them around you during the game drive. After the game drive, clients will depart to accommodation for dinner at Tanzania Bush Camp.

To Lake Manyara National Park as they are enjoying the game drive and after lunch, guests will drive onto Karatu. Lake Manyara is a beautiful little park, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, and large troops of baboons.

The park is home to an amazing variety of birds and animals considering its small size. A short visit to this serene park will greatly diversify your safari experience as the lush green jungle habitat is in stark contrast to the other parks you will visit during your safari”

Overnight: Serengeti Heritage Luxury Tented Camp

Serengeti Heritage Luxury Tented Camp is located in the heart of Serengeti National Park, Seronera Area, and is a few minutes from Seronera Airstrip. The camps provide their guests with the most authentic African experience due to its colonial, old days hunter’s camp ambiance.

Sitting snugly in a clearing surrounded by Acacia trees, the 13 spacious walk-in tents creates an intimate atmosphere for only 40 guests while indulging them with the amenities of a big lodge, as all tents are equipped with running water, flush toilets, hot and cold water shower.

Guests can decide how they would prefer to spend their day at the camp and when to go for game drives in the Serengeti. In order to protect the environment, the camp runs entirely on solar energy in terms of electricity and hot water supply. A backup generator is only used to ensure electricity supply throughout rainy days.

 

Day 7Seronera to Masai Mara (184.2 km)

Guest have breakfast and drive west to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. You will have the opportunity to enjoy your lunch on your way and arrive in time for an evening game drive.

The Masai Mara together with Tanzania’s Serengeti form Africa’s most famous wildlife park, the Masai Mara National Reserve.

The image of acacia trees dotting endless grass plains epitomizes Africa for many, then add a Maasai warrior and some cattle to the picture and the conversation need go no further.

The undeniable highlight of the Masai Mara National Reserve is undoubtedly the annual wildebeest migration traversing the vast plains of the Serengeti and the Masai Mara. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at a camp with hot showers and flush toilets.

Watching Elephants on Safari

Guest will wake up to a nice breakfast and then proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills.

The reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network that allows for close-range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch by the hippo pool, looking out for resident hippos and crocodiles. Your dinner and overnight will be at the camp.

Day 9Masai Mara National Reserve area

Guest will wake up to a nice breakfast and drive to the next lodge as they are on a game drive. Masai It is known as the largest mass movement of land mammals on the planet – with more than a million animals following the rains. A large pride of lions, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, and eland can also be spotted in the reserve.

Aside from horse riding safaris and traditional vehicle safaris, hot-air ballooning over the Mara plains has become almost essential.

Overnight: Keekorok Lodge

Keekorok is in the heart of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, in an area of permanent springs and lush grassland. Keekorok means abundance in the local Maasai language, and the area is often teeming with wildlife.

Accommodation comprises stone-built, en-suite bungalows with private balconies. Most rooms overlook the Reserve and others look into the large garden. Day 10 Masai Mara National Reserve area To Shaba Game Reserve (613.0 km)

Guest will wake up to a nice breakfast and drive Shaba Game Reserve neighboring the beautiful Samburu National Park in Kenya, Shaba National Reserve features the extinct volcano of Mount Shaba rising from the plains. The reserve also served as one of the homes of the famous lioness from the ‘Born Free’ novel.

This arid area is fed by the waters of the Ewaso Ngiro River which sustain a variety of wildlife species including the gerenuk, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, and Grevy’s zebras. The landscape features a unique combination of riverine forests and volcanic rocky outcrops.

Day 11Masai Mara National Reserve area To Sarova Shaba Game Lodge, Shaba Game Reserve/ Similar

The whole day will be spent exploring this amazing game reserve, it gives you the refreshment of your mind as the park is not populated and not many people visits here, we have the concentration of the Its home to the big five, Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo, Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Besia Oryx, Endangered Wild Dog as well as Pun cake Tortoise – Endangered.

There are over 450 species of birds identified and aquatic species in the Waso Nyiro River including, vultures, kingfishers, marabous, bateleurs, guinea fowl, Somali ostriches and others. The whole day will be spent exploring the park for the whole day’s game drive. Dinner and overnight in The Camp.

Overnight: Sarova Shaba Game Lodge

Deep in the arid northern part of Kenya, situated across the Great North Road, is Shaba National Reserve which forms part of a trio of reserves quite different from the ones found in Kenya. Shaba takes its name from Mount Shaba (1525 metres), a volcanic mountain that became extinct around 5,000 years ago and lies on the border of the reserve.

In the middle of this desert of volcanic earth lies Sarova Shaba Game Lodge; Kenya’s best kept secret. Built in an oasis around the natural terrain of this breathtaking volcanic desert, the Lodge is attractively laid out with chalet style rooms overlooking the Ewaso Nyiro River.

Natural spring water has been harnessed to ribbon its way in and out all around the property creating a beautiful landscape. Coupled with the large free-form swimming pool that flows around the lush gardens and tall trees, all this refreshing water lends an almost magical feel to this natural oasis.

Day 12 Shaba Game Reserve to Ol Pejeta Conservancy (145.1 km)

Guest will be picked up at their accommodation in Nairobi in the morning after breakfast and travel to Ol Pejeta Conservancy which is Resting at the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Mountain Range, in central Kenya’s Laikipia County, the Ol Pejeta Conservancy is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa.

It is also home to the last three remaining northern white rhinos in the world. Originally a working cattle ranch in colonial Kenya and now a pioneering wildlife conservancy, Ol Pejeta works to protect wildlife and provide a sanctuary for rescued chimpanzees. After checking in guests will go on an afternoon game drive.

Overnight: Sweetwaters Serena Camp

A sheltered oasis, clustered around a water hole and set in the pristine calm of the private Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Sweetwaters Tented Camp offers a charming blend of under canvas ambiance and safari luxury.

Located on the plains of Mount Kenya, the camp features thirty-nine luxury tents, each with its own private veranda overlooking the water hole.

The central Rhino Restaurant is housed in the former manager’s house of this once colonial farm and offers both regional and international cuisine. Also within the house is the Kashoggi Bar and lounge, which centers on a blazing log fire. The Waterhole Bar, built in the style of a game-viewing hide, overlooks the waterhole and offers unrivaled wildlife-watching.

Day 13Shaba Game Reserve to Ol Pejeta Conservancy (145.1 km)

On this last day you will have a wakeup call at 06h00, then drive for the early morning game drive, this gives you a chance to spot the early morning Kills from the big five, after the gem drive returns to the camp for the main breakfast. After breakfast, you depart for your drive back to Nairobi City to mark the end of your safari.
