Pick up in the morning at around 8 am from any hotel in Windhoek and directly on the way south to Namib Desert & world-famous Sossusvlei. We will drive through scenic Spreetshoogte Pass.
Stop over at the viewpoint to admire the endless panorama of the Namib.

Upon arrival short visit to the historical monument, a granite cross, known as the Diaz Cross, set in the sands of the Namib by Portuguese sailor Bartholomew Diaz, when he first landed at the Namibian coast on 25th July 1488, the cross was presently found is a replica of the original and it was erected in 1988. In the morning drive around 10 km from Luderitz, to visit the historical ‚Ghost Town’ of Kolmanskoop, deserted in the sands after the famous ‚diamond rush’.
You will spend around one hour on a guided tour at Kolmanskop, after the tour you are welcome to explore Kolmanskope on your own, in search of a perfect photograph of the Ghost Town buried in the sand of the Namib Desert.
