Clients are responsible for valid travel documents, insurance, health requirements, and timely payments. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation charges apply depending on the cancellation period before departure. The company may amend itineraries, pricing, or services due to availability, weather, exchange rates, or unforeseen circumstances.
