This 25-day Tour is covering Cape Town, Namibia, Botswana and Victoria Start in Cape Town we embark on a Cape Flats Township Tour and travel north to Namibia via the scenic Cederberg. Next up, Namibia’s Fish River Canyon and the world’s oldest desert, the Namib. Then visit seaside Swakopmund and next, it’s off to Etosha National Park for game viewing, before an overnight in Namibia’s capital, Windhoek. Crossing into Botswana we experience the Kalahari Desert on a guided Bushman Walk before, the next stop is at Chobe National Park, before continuing to Livingstone at Victoria Falls in Zambia.

Day 1 Cape Town Airport to Cederberg 179km

You will be picked up at the airport in Cape town Leaving the landmark Table Mountain and scenic city of Cape Town behind we make our way to the Cape Flats for a township tour of some of Cape Town’s famous townships. The Cape Flats township tour gives us a chance to experience some of the vibrant local township cultures. Visit community projects and meet some of the local people in South Africa’s dynamic informal settlement areas. This exciting township excursion offers insight into the turbulent history and current state of the country, as well as the daily lives of these South Africans. Upon arrival, guests will go on hiking before dinner.

Citrusdal Country Lodge is situated only 160 km north of Cape Town International Airport. It is nestled in the picturesque Olifants River Valley as the gateway to the Cedarberg Mountains. Day 6Orange River to Fish River Canyon 589km

Today you will depart to the Fish River from Orange River Carving out an epic rocky wonderland in the south of Namibia, the Fish River has created Africa’s largest and the world’s second-largest canyon. Hot, dry, and stony, the Fish River Canyon measures a whopping 160 kilometers in length, at times 27 kilometers in width and 550 meters in depth.

Day 8 Fish River to Sossusvlei 299km

You will depart in the morning from Fish River to Sossusvlei area. This awe-inspiring destination is possibly Namibia’s premier attraction, with its unique dunes rising to almost 400 metres-some of the highest in the world. These iconic dunes come alive in morning and evening light and draw photography enthusiasts from around the globe. Clients will get Lunch that will be served along the way where the guide will pullover by a big tree and have lunch at 12h00-13h00. After arrival guest will have leisure time before going on a Sundowner drive to Elim dune around 17h30 or 18h00.

Day 9Sossuvlei / Sesriem Area

You will wake up and have breakfast to drive to the Dunes for the Sossuvlei Excursion which includes Deadvlei, Dune 45, Hiddenvlei, and Big Daddy. The tour guide will have regular stops to let clients take pictures and have some exposure to the Dunes. Guest will be back around lunchtime and will have some leisure time for themselves at the pool while the tour guide prepares lunch for them.

At 18h00 the guide will prepare a delicious dinner for the Guest and then set up a campfire where clients will have the opportunity to talk about their experience and have some stargazing.

Guest will depart today after a fresh shower to Etosha and on arrival clients will get lunch and after lunch, if time permits, enter Etosha for an afternoon game drive. Depending on how often you stop today, On entering the park, the first stop would be Okaukuejo where you pay your entry fee and I suggest you pop in at the local shop to purchase some drinks and snacks and most importantly, a map of Etosha which will show you all the waterholes along the way. Etosha has lions, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, springbok, and elephants. This on top of many lesser and common plains herds, and abundant birds makes game viewing in Etosha.

Day 14Etosha to Windhoek 414km

The guest will get an early breakfast and depart to Windhoek. The guest will do a City tour in Windhoek and after that have leisure time to explore the capital city. This Area has wildlife that the guest can see on the Game Drive upon arrival in the afternoon.

You will depart from Chobe to Victoria Falls which is in the largest water Fall in the world Resting on the southern banks of the Zambezi River at the western end of the eponymous falls, this popular tourist town is compact enough to walk around and makes an ideal base for travelers exploring the seventh wonder of the world, the unfathomably vast Victoria Falls. After arrival clients will go on the game drive and get back for dinner.
