Day 1Victoria International Airport to Victoria Falls Rest Camp20.8km

Accommodation: Victoria Falls Rest Camp, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

Clients will depart from the Airport to Victoria Falls which is in the largest water Fall in the world Resting on the southern banks of the Zambezi River at the western end of the eponymous falls, this popular tourist town is compact enough to walk around and makes an ideal base for travelers exploring the seventh wonder of the world, the unfathomably vast Victoria Falls. After arrival clients will go on the game drive and get back for dinner.

Clients will have early breakfast and have a visit to Victoria falls and get back before lunch and after lunch has some leisure time for themselves.

Victoria Falls Self Catering and Camping Accommodation at the Vic Falls Restcamp is the best budget accommodation available in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. The Rest Camp is situated right in the middle of Victoria Falls town in Zimbabwe making it a perfect place to be based with all amenities within walking distance. The Restcamp is only 2 km from the falls making it the closest campsite to Victoria Falls.

The security around the camp is a top priority with high stainless steel fences and electric fences making it first-class. The rest camp boasts numerous well-maintained grass areas and an abundance of different varieties of trees making the surroundings in the camp very enjoyable. Day 3 Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park 162km

Clients will have a game drive throughout Victoria falls to and its beautiful landscape. The Chobe River forms the northern boundary of the Chobe National Park, renowned for its diverse and abundant game viewing opportunities. This section of the park is best known for its dense concentration of wildlife including elephant and hippo populations, but the waters attract all manner of game including large herds of buffalo and the lions that prey on them. After Arrival Clients will go on a Guided Bush Walk.

Day 4Chobe National Park

Accommodation: Mwandi View/ Similar

Clients will wake up for breakfast and then have a full-day game drive in the Chobe National Park. Expected animals to see are lions, wild dogs, cheetah, leopard, giraffe, bushbuck, blue wildebeest, and huge numbers of hippo. Clients will return around 17h00 after a long day of game viewing and will have a goodnight’s sleep after a long day.

Mwandi View is home to an abundance of wildlife – elephant, buffalo, zebra, and a variety of different antelope species, attracting lion and leopard and the sights of hippo eating on the open grass plains. There is also an abundance of birdlife in the marshes for birding enthusiasts.

As one of the latest developments in the Chobe region, Mwandi View comprises of campsites, each serviced with electricity and water, 5 fully serviced self-catering tented family units on stilts, overlooking the Chobe River and marsh plains. The main complex, equipped with a fully serviced kitchen for ala-cart dining, a bar to supply you that refreshing gin and tonic for a sundowner whilst relaxing in the pool situated in the large decked area, overlooking the Chobe River, and a coffee bar for those midday decadent treats.

Day 5Chobe River To Khwai Community Area 117 Km

After breakfast, the clients will depart to Khwai Guest House situated in Moremi. Throughout the drive to Khwai clients will have the opportunity to see and take pictures of animals roaming freely.

The Khwai area of the Okavango lies along the northern boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve. This is an unfenced boundary allowing wildlife to move freely between the woodlands in the wet season when water is plentiful and back to permanent rivers and lagoons in the dry season.

Day 6Khwai Community Area

Clients will grab breakfast in the morning and go on a boat Cruise.

Day 7Khwai Community Area To Okavango Accommodation 117km

Clients will grab early Breakfast and then take a short drive to Island Safari Lodge situated in Maun. After checking in and freshening up the client/s will meet the guide at the reception area where they will discuss everything regarding the itinerary and arrangements ahead.

In the Afternoon the clients will depart for a Mokoro Excursion (for 2 hours) After this activity clients will get back and the lodge and get ready for Dinner.

Welcome to Okavango River Lodge Backpackers & campsite. Sitting on the banks of the Thamalakane River, we can boast the largest river frontage as well as being one of the oldest watering holes in Maun.

We offer cool ensuite chalets. We have 3 x family accommodation, 1 x triple, and 2 x double chalets. We also have a campsite along the river under the shady acacia trees. We also have 8 x bedded twin tents with shared ablution facilities. Activities on offer are boating, mokoros, and Moremi day trips. We welcome families and children of all ages.

 

Day 8Maun To Ghanzi 285.1km

Clients will get morning Breakfast and depart to Ghanzi. Situated 300 kilometers southwest of Maun and just north of the Trans-Kalahari highway, which runs from Lobatse in Botswana to Walvis Bay in Namibia, the small town of Ghanzi is sometimes referred to as the ‘Capital of the Kalahari’. It serves as the administrative centre of the Ghanzi district which covers a vast area of cattle ranches and farmland in the west of Botswana. After arrival clients will visit the San (Bushman) Village

Day 9Ghanzi To Windhoek 526.1km

The guest will have breakfast in the morning and depart to Windhoek. The guest will have lunch in Gosbabis and continue the journey to the Capital City of Namibia. When arriving in Windhoek client will do a City tour and after that have leisure time to explore the capital city. Windhoek is often described as a city with a “continental” atmosphere due to its architecture (historical buildings dating back to the German colonial rule), cuisine, culture, dress, and educational institutions.

Day 10Windhoek to Etosha National Park (414.5km)

Clients will depart in the morning from Windhoek to Etosha National Park which is situated in the northwest part of Namibia. Clients can catch a glimpse of a variety of wildlife including lions, giraffes, elephants, white and black rhino, and a multitude of plains game. Popular activities include game drives, tracking rhinos on foot, guided nature walks, or watching the sunset over this magnificent landscape. When clients arrive at Etosha National Park clients will depart on the afternoon game drive before dinner.

Day 11Etosha To Brandberg 312km

Clients will get early breakfast in the morning and depart from Etosha National Park to Brandberg. Clients will drive along the beautiful landscape to Brandberg and Upon arrival clients will go visit the White Lady Paintings.

Located amidst tranquil surroundings, Brandberg White Lady Camping offers guests a lovely camping experience in Brandberg, Namibia. Day 12Brandberg To Swakopmund (168km)

Guest departs to Swakopmund early morning at around 09:00 am from Brandberg along beautiful landscape to the coastal side of Namibia. Once clients have arrived in Walvis Bay they will get lunch and depart to Swakopmund, When Clients arrive in Swakopmund they will go for their activity (Quad biking and Sandboard) which is about a 2-hour drive. After the activity, Other optional activities can be done like Skydiving, Sandwich habour, kayaking, desert tour.

Day 13Swakopmund Area

Day 14Swakopmund to Sossusvlei (402.6km)

Guest will depart in the morning from Swakopmund to Sossusvlei area. This awe-inspiring destination is possibly Namibia’s premier attraction, with its unique dunes rising to almost 400 meters-some of the highest in the world. These iconic dunes come alive in morning and evening light and draw photography enthusiasts from around the globe. Clients will get Lunch that will be served along the way where the guide will pullover by a big tree and have lunch at 12h00-13h00. After arrival guests will have leisure time before going on a Sundowner drive to Elim dune around 17h30 or 18h00.

Day 15Sossuvlei / Sesriem Area

Guest will wake up at get ready and drive to Dune 45 where they will have breakfast before and then enjoy the show of colors over the dunes at sunrise. After the Sunrise will continue with the Sossuvlei Excursion which includes Deadvlei, Hiddenvlei, and Big Daddy. The tour guide will have regular stops to let clients take pictures and have some exposure to the Dunes. Guest will be back around lunchtime and will have some leisure time for themselves at the pool while the tour guide prepares lunch for them.

At 18h00 the guide will prepare a delicious dinner for the Guest and then set up a campfire where clients will have the opportunity to talk about their experience and have some stargazing.

Dead Valley Lodge is situated next to the main entrance gate inside the Namib-Naukluft National Park, between the Sesriem campsite and Elim Dune on the way to the world-famous Sossusvlei and the Dead Vlei. This oasis offers a panoramic view of the Namib Desert with towering red sand dunes, rugged mountain ranges, and arid desert savannahs.

Each of the 20 free-standing luxury tented chalets is climate-controlled and equipped with double bed units, electric plugs, private patios, a kitchenette, and free-standing bathrooms stocked with toiletries. Guests can enjoy the top-class restaurant that serves delicious Namibian-style cuisine, relaxes in the picturesque bar with a cold drink after a day of activities, or cool off in the open-air swimming pool overlooking the Elim Dune.
