This 13 Days Tour From Kenya to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Five days in Kenya (Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara) and 8days in Tanzania (Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro, Manyara and Zanzibar). This tour transfers from Masai Mara to Serengeti through Isebania Border. If you’d like, at the end of the tour, instead of finishing in Arusha, you can transfer to Amboseli for 1 or 2 nights in this national park and, finish the tour back in Nairobi. This tour can also be done in the opposite order (starting in Arusha).

Day 1Nairobi to Nakuru (171.0 km)

Accommodation: Punda Milias Camp, Lake Nakuru National Park / Similar

Guest will be picked up at the airport and departure to lake Nakuru whereby they will arrive around lunch. Nakuru is a city on the shores of western Kenya’s Lake Nakuru, within a reserve that sprawls across almost 200 square kilometers. It is the capital of Nakuru County, located in the Great Rift Valley. Ten kilometers from town lies the massive Menengai Crater. Later in the afternoon guest will go on an afternoon game drive.

Overnight: Punda Milias Camp

The camp is nestled in ten acres of the indigenous African bush, next to Soysambu Conservancy and at the doorstep of the world-famous Lake Nakuru National Park. You can choose to pitch your tent on our large and green camping sites, stay in one of the tents or pretty bandas, enjoy the privacy of their luxury safari tents or luxuriate in a private, self-contained cottage with an outdoor bath! While staying at Punda Milias, you will have a great time, taking part in many activities or relaxing around the swimming pool and the garden, only disturbed by the songs of the birds. You will enjoy the friendliness of the staff and delicious menus, before ending your day around the campfire under the starry African night.

Day 2 Nakuru To Masai Mara (309.0 Km)

This morning guests will depart to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. You will have the opportunity to enjoy your lunch on your way and arrive in time for an evening game drive.

The Masai Mara together with Tanzania’s Serengeti form Africa’s most famous wildlife park, the Masai Mara National Reserve. The image of acacia trees dotting endless grass plains epitomizes Africa for many, then add a Maasai warrior and some cattle to the picture and the conversation need go no further. The undeniable highlight of the Masai Mara National Reserve is undoubtedly the annual wildebeest migration traversing the vast plains of the Serengeti and the Masai Mara. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at a camp with hot showers and flush toilets.

Day 3Masai Mara area

Guest will wake up to a nice breakfast and then proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network that allows for close-range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch by the hippo pool, looking out for resident hippos and crocodiles. Your dinner and overnight will be at the camp.

Day 4 Masai Mara area

Guest will wake After breakfast guests will have a full day dame drive, with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lion, as well as its abundant resident wildlife, and it’s one of the few places where it’s possible to see the big five during a morning’s game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under one’s vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey.

Day 6Seronera

Accommodation: Mbugani Camp, Central Serengeti / Similar

Guest will have breakfast and then go on a full-day game drive to explore the Serengeti Plain. The Serengeti National Park is very famous for its big five animals which are found in the area. The Serengeti National Park in Tanzania was established in 1952. It is home to the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth – the great migration of wildebeest and zebra. The resident population of lions, cheetah, elephants, giraffes, and birds is also amazing to have them around you during the game drive. After the game drive, clients will depart to accommodation for dinner at Tanzania Bush Camp.

To Lake Manyara National Park as they are enjoying the game drive and after lunch, guests will drive onto Karatu. Lake Manyara is a beautiful little park, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, and large troops of baboons. The park is home to an amazing variety of birds and animals considering its small size. A short visit to this serene park will greatly diversify your safari experience as the lush green jungle habitat is in stark contrast to the other parks you will visit during your safari”

Day 7 Seronera

After breakfast, you will head off to Northern Serengeti to take part in an action-packed game drive. The unforgettable sightings of this natural wonder of the world between July and November; watching the river crossings of hundreds of thousands of wildebeest as they plunge into the crocodile-infested waters on their relentless journey to find food. This event is a dramatic event, featured in countless wildlife documentaries. One of Tanzania’s best-kept secrets is the fact that nearly half of the Mara River is situated in the North Serengeti. Later in the evening, you will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ang’ata Ngorongoro Camp with 7 medium size tents and 1 double Family Tent and is ideally situated on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, just inside the Lemala Ranger Post. It allows early descent in the crater before the crowds arrive and late-game drives when most have already left the Crater floor.

Each guest tent has an en suite bathroom with a shower and vanity desk.

The camp’s lounge is the place to meet other travelers and share safari stories while enjoying a complimentary cup of Tanzanian coffee or tea.

Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are served in the dining tent, freshly prepared on a daily basis.

Day 9Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara (69.4 km)

Guest will be picked up in Arusha town, who will deliver a short safari info briefing, after which, they travel to the Lake Manyara National Park. And will arrive around lunch at the lodge. After lunch guests will head into the Lake Manyara National Park. This impressive park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake.

Guest will have early breakfast and drive to Arusha airport to catch a flight to Zanzibar, the flight takes 1 hour 20 minutes or fly from Arusha airport by Coastal flight arrival time 1420 on znz our driver will pick you and transfer to Tembo Hotel for BB- bed, and breakfast only this day you will be in the hotel explore the beauty of this hotel located just as close to the sea and you could visit the beach of this hotel and enjoy the evening. The island’s old city, Stone Town, features a maze of narrow alleyways lined with boutiques, bars, restaurants, lively bazaars, mosques and ornate Arab houses. Don’t miss the chance to relax in the lap of luxury on the exclusive private island of Mnemba, lying just 3 kilometers off the coast of the main island.

Day 11Zanzibar

After breakfast, our driver will pick you from the Tembo hotel and transfer you to Uroabay beach resort Nungwi – the North coast of znz. En route, you will do a spice tour or a Jozani forest tour before arriving at the hotel. Guest will have time to do other optional activities like The island’s old city, Stone Town, which features a maze of narrow alleyways lined with boutiques, bars, restaurants, lively bazaars, mosques, and ornate Arab houses. Don’t miss the chance to relax in the lap of luxury on the exclusive private island of Mnemba, lying just 3 kilometers off the coast of the main island.

Day 12Zanzibar

Guest will have early breakfast will visit to the prison Island for 3 hours and back to Tembo hotel.

Around 14h00 or 15h00 our guide will pick you from the hotel and start the stone town tour for 4 hours, here you will have time to see the historical buildings and places where the slave was taken and the very old church and moisks. The market of znz is so well known for its souvenir. Later you will return to the hotel.
